About

We read the part
you scrolled past.

Every long conversation has a shape — who starts things, who trails off, when the replies got shorter. You lived it, so you can't see it. We can.

Why we exist

People end up guessing about their own relationships. Was I imagining that it cooled off in March? Am I always the one texting first? The answer is sitting in the chat log, but nobody is going to scroll through 8,000 messages to find it.

drytexter does that reading and gives you something honest back — not a horoscope, not a compatibility percentage pulled out of thin air, but a report built from what you two actually sent each other.

How it works

You export the chat from WhatsApp and upload the zip. We parse it locally on our server: message counts, reply times, who initiates, who ends, emoji, activity by month and by hour, silences and comebacks.

Those numbers go to a language model along with a sample of the conversation, steered by the relationship you told us it is. An ex gets read for the arc and the erosion; a group chat gets read for who holds the floor. The output is a written report with charts, receipts and a verdict.

How we keep it safe

The uploaded export is deleted the moment your report is finished — it is the most sensitive thing we ever hold, and we hold it for minutes.

Your report lives at an unlisted link that search engines are told to ignore. It's yours to share or not. We don't sell data, we don't build advertising profiles, and we don't read your chats ourselves.
